REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
15 Days Refund Policy – No Questions Asked
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not live up to your expectations.
- We accept any product you’re unsatisfied with; please share the reason with us for our betterment.
2. We accept return or exchange requests up to 10 days from the order delivery date.
3. The product should have at least 90% remaining in the bottle.
4. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned products in our office.
5. Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange or return order.
6. Customers have to pay the delivery charges for exchange orders.
7. Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable as it is solely for testing fragrances.
8. Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not refundable and can only be exchanged.
9. In case of damage, leakage, or the wrong product, we bear the delivery charges.
